We subscribe to the Consultants Code of Ethics that guides the Nonprofit Consultants Network. We are committed to:

- Keeping client information in strict confidence during and after the assignment
- Accepting only engagements for which we are qualified by experience and competence
- Agreeing on scope/objectives, timeframe and fees prior to accepting an assignment
- Identifying and disclosing potential conflicts of interest
- Exercising objectivity and integrity when reviewing the work of another professional
